Are you ready for fall? Those of us at the Red Hut Diner in New Jersey sure are! In fact, we’re quite excited to pull out the sweaters, switch the A/C to heat, and ditch the bathing suits for fluffy lounge clothes. What goes well with a chilly fall day? The best comfort foods from your favorite local NJ diner! Read on to find out a few of our favorites!

Appetizing Comforts
We all know that the most indulgent, savory foods are found in the appetizer section! This fall, you can’t go wrong with our fry selection! We never like boring fries, which is why we offer pizza fries topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh oregano, or the Northeast favorite disco fries topped with brown gravy and melted mozzarella cheese. Looking for a sweeter indulgence? Try our sticky fries, with sweet potato fries covered in maple syrup and powdered sugar. For classic cheesy goodness, our mozzarella sticks and chicken quesadillas are always a hit!

Warm, Melty, Delicious!
While we love our wraps and salads during the warmer months, many of us at the Red Hut Diner go straight for the hot sandwiches during fall and winter! Our “Melt Shop” offers so many delicious, melty sandwiches, it’s hard to choose our favorite! Our namesake Red Hut Melt is always popular, serving up Taylor ham and cheese as an open-faced rye sandwich, and who can turn down a classic tuna melt? We also have hot-pressed paninis and big, juicy burgers!

Comfort Classics
Looking for a homestyle dinner classic? We have them all! From our roasted tom turkey, to Yia Yia’s homemade meatloaf, to Yankee pot roast, we serve up the meats, potatoes, and veggies you love!

Greek Goodness
Like many classic diners in New Jersey and across the country, we love some classic Greek food! Our baked pasticcio and moussaka are comfort go-tos, with layers of tender meat, cheese, and pastry, all served up with a Greek salad. Or, go for the classic “spinach pie” and enjoy some spanakopita!
